My husband said that the fish I had made was as tasty as a chocolate cake. And my husband never lies! ?
This is a recipe of baked basa with marinated carrots and potato puree. I love eating fish, especially when there are no bones inside… I’ve tried a lot of different kinds of river and sea fish and experimented a lot with fish meals. Read more about why fish has always been a big part of my life in my blog post here.
Meanwhile, let’s get started with this recipe and bon appétit!
Cut the fish into pieces, add salt, pepper and olive oil. Then mix everything and marinate for 15 minutes.
Peel potatoes, cut them and boil until they become soft.
Cut the carrots into 1.5 inch (40 cm) strips. Then fry the carrot strips from both sides and season them with lemon juice.
After marinating is done lay the fish down on the tray and cook it under 320 °F (160 °C) for 7-10 minutes. Serve everything on the plate. Voila!
