This magical Christmas Fruit Cake will take all the holiday kitchen trouble away from you - too good to be true, yet it is!
|1 cup mixed dried fruits|
|7 tbl brown sugar|
|1 tsp vanilla sugar|
|1 cup juice of pomegranate|
|5.3 oz butter|
|1 cup self-raising flour|
|5.3 oz creamy mascarpone|
|2 tbl icing sugar|
|1 tbl lemon juice|
|1 pack decoration|
|1/2 cup red wine|
|2 cups love ❤️|

Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, orange peels and mix together.
Put mixed dried fruit, juice and wine into a large pan, set over a medium heat for 5 minutes. Strain the mixed dried fruit from the liquid.
Mix Fruits with Flour
Stir the mixed fruit with the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar. Add flour and mix it again.
Heat oven up to 375ºF (190ºC) fan-forced. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and leave it to cool completely in the tin.
Meanwhile, mix mascarpone cream with icing sugar and thickened cream. Whip the cream up with a mixer until you see dense cream. Then add lemon juice.
Cool the cake & decorate
When the cake is completely cooled, decorate it with creamy topping and sprinkle with stars and silver cachous.
