Fruit Roasted Chicken for Pinterest

A few days ago I decided to roast chicken with fruits. And one of the things I have learned making this is that if you don’t have too much time for a big company of friends, this Fruit Roasted Chicken recipe is the way to go! Yes, it takes more than an hour for the chicken to roast. But you don’t have to be in the kitchen meanwhile, which is great.

Overall, I have hundreds of deadlines at work. And cooking is not an exception. Whenever I am cooking for special occasions such as B-Day, parties, picnic, etc., I need to have a magic wand. And this recipe is just that.

By the way, you my cook duck in a similar way.

Overall, this Fruit Roasted Chicken recipe is one of my favorites and I am very happy to share it with you!

Bon appétit!

Season chicken with salt, pepper, Italian herb mix and red paprika. Drizzle sunflower oil over the whole chicken.

Place the chicken on a tray and cover it with aluminium foil. Put chicken into the oven for 1 hour and 20-30 minutes.

After estimated time, uncover chicken from foil and put it again into the oven for 15 minutes. Take it out when you see nice brown skin. Voila.
