This simple Honey Lemon Chicken recipe is absolutely perfect for any dinner. Especially when you are short on time and need something quick and easy to make. Been there, tried it 🙂

Accompany this chicken recipe with your a light salad that can be made in minutes. Seriously.
Just toss tomatoes, spinach, feta cheese, green olives and a few drops of olive oil. That’s it. Ultra healthy salad to go with your finger-licking chicken!

Prepare chicken
Cut each leg quarter into 2 pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of both sides.

Pepare vegetables
Heat oil in a pan. Clean and slice pepper. Peel and cut garlic.

Transfer the chicken into the pan. Fry the chicken for 4 minutes - 2 min on each side.

Cook all together
Add honey to the chicken. Add the pepper and garlic to the pan with the chicken and cook everything for 5-7 minutes. When you see a nice brown skin on both sides, the dish is ready.

Sprinkle lemon juice and transfer onto a plate.
