Cut each leg quarter into 2 pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of both sides.
Heat oil in a pan. Clean and slice pepper. Peel and cut garlic.
Transfer the chicken into the pan. Fry the chicken for 4 minutes - 2 min on each side.
Cook all together
Add honey to the chicken. Add the pepper and garlic to the pan with the chicken and cook everything for 5-7 minutes. When you see a nice brown skin on both sides, the dish is ready.
Season & Serve
Sprinkle lemon juice and transfer onto a plate.
