Today I am going to share with you a fail-proof recipe to make the most tender and delicate chicken ever. I’ve experimented on my husband quite a lot until I’ve determined what really works and what’s not. ?
A great feature about this recipe is that changing just a few herbs and spices will get you absolutely different flavors and will inspire you to making this lemon butter chicken over and over again, swapping the seasoning and playing with plants.
So you can come up with something new and creative every time.
Serve the chicken with salad, mashed potatoes or my insanely easy yet absolutely amazing French Green Beans With Bacon.
And lemons of course… there is hardly a dish that does not benefit from a few lemon slices. Healthy and delicious!
White wine helps to add some extra softness to the chicken breasts. As a rule of thumb, lemon, butter and wine are the perfect company!
