7 oz peeled shrimp 7 oz = 200 g; shrimp = prawn
1 tomato(es) big
2 gloves garlic
0.4 oz butter 0.4 oz = 10g
1 tbl lemon juice fresh
to taste salt

I don’t tend to have a lot of Spanish recipes but I do like pretty much all dishes made of seafood and shrimp in particular. And what about you? Do you like seafood? What is your favorite type of seafood?

Heat the pan (wok) with butter and olive oil togeteher. Cut garlic into small pieces and add to the oil with butter. Then add Spanish onion (slices) and cook for 3 minutes.

Add tomato slices and toss 3-4 times in 2 minutes.

Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
