The recipe of the French Quiche au Fromage de Gruyere (or simply put Swiss Cheese Quiche) is simple and delicious.
Swiss Cheese Quiche or Quiche au Fromage de Gruyere is one of the French quiches. The recipe is simple and delicious. I followed all instructions from the Quiche Lorraine recipe, but stirred 100-110 g of grated Swiss cheese into the egg and cream mixture. I also added a little bit of milk. Voila – the swiss cheese quiche is ready!
P.S. People who really love cheese will be so happy to eat a piece of this cheese quiche. When we came back home around 10 p.m. and tried it – we ate a half of it. We knew that it was not the right thing to do, but we simply couldn’t stop!
Bon appétit!
