Tacos work great for tailgating and will give you the energy you need to cheer!
The first official autumn day is knocking on the door which means that every football fan is getting ready for a football season and… tailgate parties. Tailgating has a lot of meaning for football fans. It is also an amazing opportunity to catch up with friends, enjoy delicious food with drinks and get ready for the “big game”. If you are going to one of them, you need to think about drinks, food and football decorations beforehand. You heard me. I am talking tailgate tacos, salads and more.
So what food will you take for tailgating this year? Wraps, mini burgers and tacos are a great combination. Buy fresh beef cutlets for mini burgers or mince for tacos and chop salad, tomatoes, onions and cheese. Try preparing wraps at home, too, and then simply reheat them from both sides on your grill stove on the spot.
Too easy! I have more ideas coming up so tune in by signing up to My Weeklie.
Combine beef mince, chopped onion, garlic, thyme, red paprika, dill, parsley in a bowl.
Heat the casserole with oil on medium high-heat, then place beef mince with all herbs in it for 1-2 minutes. Then add pepper, tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
Heat taco shells in 180-degrees oven for 3-4 minutes. Place lettuce and beef in warmed tacos, top with cheese, bbq sauce and a coriander sprig. Voila!
