Making Breakfast Special
This weekend my husband and I decided to make our breakfast a bit more special. We went out to a new place in the neighborhood to try something new, something… eggs benedict!
We ordered, we tried them and… we didn’t like them.
The poached eggs looked pretty good but the Hollandaise sauce was foamy, sour and had very watery texture.
I wondered if it was not cooked properly, so I set myself on a journey to find the answer and… the best way to make both the eggs and the sauce.
I found all. And I’ve created the best ever Hollandaise Sauce recipe that my husband and I have been enjoying on top of our poached eggs ever since. And to make things easier, I’ve also created a recipe for Eggs Benedict, and let me tell you – you will love’em the first time you try them. Poaching eggs may sound a bit intimidating but once you master the process, you won’t stop poaching LOL
So making breakfast special is easy – stay at home and make the most delicious eggs ever. You will absolutely love the process! 🙂
