Prepare all ingredients

Gather all ingredients on a table. Wash onion and parsley.

Boil eggs

Boil the eggs for 12 minutes.

Cool off eggs 

Place the boiled eggs in a casserole with cold water and leave them. If you have ice cubes, add them, too. It will speed up the process. Alternatively, you can boil eggs the day before and store them in the fridge. Peel eggs and cut them into halves.

Prepare spicy mayo

While eggs are cooling off, make spicy mayo. Place spring onion and parsley to a blender and add mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.

Assemble

Add a spoon of mayo on top of the eggs, and decorate with a spoon of caviar.
