Simmer vegetables

Place the pan on the stove on slow heat. Add olive oil to the pan. Transfer all the vegetables to the pan. Sprinkle a little bit of salt on top of the vegetables. Mix them with a spoon. Cover the pan with the lid and leave it undisturbed. Next, uncover and mix with a spoon until you get the desired consistency.
