Ooooo, I love it that you have spinach in this soup too! Added nutrients, color, and flavor! Such a beautiful soup…thanks for sharing the recipe 🙂

Thank goodness…high fiber that doesn’t involve another bowl of cereal…sigh. This soup looks awesome…I definitely will enjoy making it.

Looks rich and creamy! Love the mix of healthy ingredients especially spinach and broccoli. Perfect for a delicious nutritious diet.

I’m going to try this soup today. It’s simple and easy. Perfect soup to have while working on other lending items.

The calendar tells me that we’re well into Spring, but when I look out the window I still see piles of snow (6 inches just last night). So comfort food and soups still occupy front and center of my meal plans. I love that this soup is lighter than the standard broccoli cheese soup—and provides a heaping serving of vegetables. Well done!

Hi Michelle, thank you – in fact, soups are part of my meal plan all year long. Some say that to stay healthy you need to eat a soup a day. Not sure if anyone can manage that lol but there is something interesting about it 🙂

Gorgeous green is all I could think of when I saw this ! Love that it has spinach and basil as well. Healthy and delish !
