Crispy Golden Cake with Peaches

This Crispy Golden Cake with Peaches is an amazing dessert to entertain your best friends. Best for the best, right?

My lovely friend Natalia gave me this recipe and I decided to bake it straight away because it sounded extremely yummy and thepictures I saw promised a hack of a gastronomic indulgence. And so I decided to make it.

I bought fresh yellow peaches in a local fruit store and found all other ingredients that I needed and that were missing in my kitchen. Needless to say, I baked the cake at the same day Natalia sent me this recipe. I was very keen to try it.

The result was more than I could expect. Nice and crispy, soft and warm texture of the cake, paired with amazing smell and huge anticipation, overwhelmed my apartment. It was one of those moments when you have a party without even making one. Vladi and I had a blast enjoying this peach cake that night.

By the way, I also added thin peach slices and decorated my cake so the top of it looks adorable. I am very grateful to my friend for this quick and yummy recipe! Thank you Natalia.

Combine three eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and mix well all ingredients together. Melt butter and set aside for 5 minutes.

Add melted butter to the dough, mix it well. Add flour spoon by spoon to the dough.

Transfer dough into the round tray. Decorate with peach slices on top.

Heat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C). Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with icing mix on top.
