This Kiwifruit Cheesecake Recipe is an incredibly flavorful dessert to entertain your family and friends during the many holidays this season. It does not require many ingredients, and you can get all of them pretty cheap. Despite being a low-carb meal, this Kiwifruit Cheesecake Recipe has a high-satisfaction rate that is hard to beat!

So, what makes the new season special? For me, it is its bright flavors, vivid colors and all the comfort food and light desserts that come with it. This year is not an exception. And with all the holidays ahead, a few spare tricks to have in the kitchen won’t hurt, am I right?

I do have a great Brussels Sprout Salad recipe that I will share with you next time. But for now, let’s focus on a sweet part of the meal – a dessert that is simple but fancy, easy to make but hard to forget – the cheesecake itself. Also, let’s put a twist on it this time. Instead of making it a strawberry or peach flavor, I am going to share with you my kiwifruit cheesecake recipe – it is bulletproof, so everyone will love it!

And to surprise your besties even more – serve it in small jars or martini glasses because you do not need to spen a lot of money to make things extraordinary and special!

Bon appétit!
