I love shrimp because it is always quick and easy to cook with. Whether you boil it, fry, stew or marinate, the results are always outstanding.
So today we are going to make a very simple but very cute-looking shrimp appetizer recipe. It will work best to surprise your loved one or to entertain your guests at a small party. They will all love you more for this entree.

Fry VeggiesFry the eggplant slices from both sides for 2-3 minutes. Transfer the fried slices to a plate. Don't stack them yet. Season the slices with a little bit of salt. Then fry the tomatoes. Tip: Try to cut tomatoes in slices 0.2 inches (0.5 cm) wide before frying them. This will help to fry them nicely. |

Fry ShrimpHeat the butter in a pan. Fry the shrimp from both sides, sprinkle lightly with salt. When ready, transfer the shrimp on a wooden board, let it cool a bit. Then cut the shrimp in halves, leaving nine whole ones for decoration later. |
