Strawberry Panna Cotta, mmm… If you’ve tried this dessert at least once you will never stop craving more of it. My grandma first made it for me many-many years ago and I fell in love with it immediately. Since then it is one of my favorite desserts!
Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert that has its roots in at least 1960s (if not earlier) and literally means “cooked cream”. It is jellified with gelatin and enhanced with various flavors – such as strawberry in our case.
In fact, jelly desserts are very easy to prepare. And they look extra inviting in the end. In addition, you can easily serve them by slicing and into cute little plates. Just make sure your panna cotta is always chilled because you don’t want it to melt before it makes it to the table.
I think this recipe is really delicate, so when you dig into into a glass full of this panna cotta with your spoon, you will enjoy every second of it. It is the perfect dessert to finish your romantic dinner with your loved one or just impress your friends who stopped by for a cup of coffee.
I make this Strawberry Panna Cotta Recipe over and over again and I love to serve it in glasses. I also make strawberry soup to give the dessert some extra beauty and a fresh tone of flavor. Whatever you choose, this fresh, nice and simple dessert will surely be a winner when you crave something extra delicious.
